I had such a nice skate today!
I used my iPod Shuffle because the rink has been playing some dreadful early 80s music and it really helped me to skate to songs that I love and that move me. (That “If I Die Young” song by the Band Perry is so perfect.) Also, I had all my ice dance songs so I ran through all those – wow I forgot how hard ice dancing is!
I just wish I had brought my camera because my scratch spins were so fast. Because I did my spins to the music I pulled in really tight. And I my Waltz jump might be getting better…I’ll bring my camera tomorrow so we’ll see.
